It's our goal to ship your orders ASAP, usually within 24 hours.
We ship by the United State Postal Service. Rates are determined by weight and location.
Return/Refund Policy:
Within 10 days of receipt of your order, you may return any items for a full product refund if it meets the following conditions:
-Returned merchandise must be in new condition including original packaging and accessories.
-Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Captain Woody's Locker.
Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:
